What is the return/exchange policy?
Exchanges are accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and all original tags must be intact. Customer may exchange item for any item of equal or lesser value. Customer must pay return shipping. No store credit will be issued.
To request an exchange, contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving shipment and place your order number in the subject line.
How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping is $5.99 per order. Free shipping for all orders $100 or more.
When will items be shipped?
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase confirmation.
